When you walk onto the lot at Sonny's RV, not only will you be instantly greeted but every employee in every department is trained to approach any customer standing by himself or waiting at a counter to either render service or help him find someone who can.

We have built our entire operation around three key points:

    * Listening to our customers
    * Creating a plan to meet their needs
    * Following up to make sure those needs were met

By following up frequently through this process, Sonny's RV has earned an average score of 97 percent on our customer service index.

Sonny's RV is located on 15 acres, 12 of which are paved. The main facility features a 15,000 square foot indoor showroom with floor to ceiling windows. Between 15 and 17 RV's are displayed indoors at any time.

Sonny's RV has more than 1,200 square feet of parts inventory ready to take care of you whether you bought you RV at Sonny's or not.

We also feel a strong tie to the Casper and surround area. Sonny's helps support a variety of local organizations. Here is a partial list:

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice received 4 (four) weeks prior to the scheduled departure date are subject to a $250.00 cancellation fee; any cancellation received after that date and prior to Rental pick-up are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the deposit. No refunds for a Rental early return.
